The deposit is non-refundable should the booking be cancelled at any time. The deposit is also held as a damage deposit and will be refunded within 7 days after check-out once the property has been inspected by our property manager. Any breakages of crockery or glasses should be reported to the property managers before departure.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>By accepting the booking terms and conditions, guests accept they will be liable for the cost of any WILFUL damage to the property or its contents over and above the \u00a3300 deposit.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Payment Schedule<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>As mentioned above a \u00a3300 deposit is due on booking.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>50% of the total rental charge is due 6 months from the date of arrival with the remaining 50% due 2 months from the date of arrival<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>House Rules<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>GENERAL<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Maximum overnight guests: 6<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Only guests on the information form completed before arrival are permitted to stay overnight in the property.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>No events or single gender groups<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>No smoking inside the property<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Guests under the age of 18 are the responsibility of the lead guest at all times<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>The owners accept no responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur whilst on the premises<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of any guest<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>NOISE<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Mar Menor Golf Resort is a family resort and late-night noise and disturbance will not be tolerated by onsite security.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>SWIMMING POOL &amp; TERRACE<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>No diving or running in pool area<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>No glass or food in the pool area<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Children under the age of 18 to be supervised at all times<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>ADDITIONAL FEES<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>An additional cleaning fee of \u00a3180 is payable upon booking.
